Good question! We send out an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order so that you can make sure to have a receipt. If you did not receive one, and it is not in your spam folder, it is possible the order was not fully placed or that your email was entered incorrectly. Please contact us via our email at email@example.com and we’ll make sure it gets straightened out.
Please check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email. If this doesn’t work, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org We’ll need the name of the recipient, the email address used to place the order, and the order number. Once we have that, we will get back to you with additional details on your order status.
If you have not received your package in a timely manner, it may have been lost in transit or is stuck in customs. Please email us at email@example.com so we can personally take care of your situation and get your items delivered ASAP! If your order is marked as delivered on the shipping company's tracking page, we are not responsible for missing parcels (unless you purchased shipping insurance for your order).
Undeliverable orders due to customer or address error will require reshipment. If this happens, we want to make sure you receive your order. You will need to cover the cost of the second shipping attempt. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure we have the correct address.
If Customcuff makes a mistake on your order, we will do everything possible to correct our blunder. Please contact us through our email email@example.com with your name, order number, and what error occurred (pictures encouraged!) so that we can make it up to you ASAP. In case the mistake was on the customer's side, you will need to cover the costs of reshipment.
Please email us right away! We may be able to correct the address. But for product variants, colours or engravings, we are in most cases not able to change it after the order is placed. All orders are shipped from our EU fulfilment centre. All custom products take 1-5 Days to ship out as they are made to order.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order is shipped with tracking information. Please also note that the delivery date estimate on the product page is only an estimate based on the average delivery speed to your country. It is therefore not guaranteed.
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Customcuff) at the customers expense. For custom products we do not accept returns, so the customer will be contacted and requested to provide a correct address for the reshipment. The customer will be liable to pay the additional incurred shipping cost.
Please note we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to a secure address. The shipping company will only mark the package as delivered once they deliver it to the address you provided. If your order is marked as delivered and you didn't receive it, we suggest checking your mailbox or contacting your local post office.
Yes! We ship to most countries in the world. Packages shipped to international addresses generally take 7-14 business days to arrive after your order is processed. Note that often orders will be passed to and delivered by your country's local postal service.
YES! Our products will never fade, tarnish or lose its colour - even when exposed to sweat and heat, in the shower, sea or pool - So dive in! We use the highest quality 316L Stainless steel, 18k gold and sterling silver for all our products.
All of our custom jewelry are engraved using the latest laser engraving technology. The engraving color can vary slightly. Matte cuffs will have black/dark grey engraving. All other jewelry will be lighter and have grey tones. Matte black jewelry will have grey/white engraving.
The engraving can look grey in some conditions, and black in other - it all depends on the lighting, in daylight it will appear darker. Because of the shiny surface, complete black engravings would be unreadable in most lightning conditions.
You can adjust the cuffs by the two flexible metal ends. They are high-quality and flexible, so they will not break under any circumstance. Our cuffs will fit any wrist size, they're perfect for him & her! All our other bracelets are adjustable as well. Our custom bar necklace comes with a 55cm chain, but we sell 65cm chains as well (simply search "necklace chain"). For ring sizes please refer to the ring size guide on the Custom ring product page.
