Is it safe to shop from your site?

We are fulfilling and dispatching orders as normal. Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of everyone in the Customcuff community - our customers, our team and our partners. We constantly make sure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to. This is our top priority and we will be closely monitoring this situation for any updates to maintain appropriate policies. There is currently no order fulfilment delays.

What about the delivery of my purchase, any delays?

Most deliveries are being delivered on time. There might be longer delays for some countries due to the global pandemic which affected even the international shipping network as cargo space in planes are very limited.

Your package might lay at the airport, waiting for a plane, for some international locations. We appreciate your understanding in these challenging times, as delays are out of our control. Rest assured that the shipping companies are doing their very best to get your order to you ASAP, so kindly wait for your parcel to arrive. You can still track your order all the way until it reaches you.

AU & NZ UPDATE:

Australia & New Zealand orders; Expect longer delivery times. The planes (Quantas) that take post to AU and NZ are not bringing along as many as they normally do.
The shipping company work on a priority basis, this means that life-essential cargo will be prioritised.
The shipping company sometimes get small batches they can send through Doha in Qatar, but then they don’t scan them at departure like usual due to immense volume, but first when they arrive to AU/NZ.
So..
If you ordered from those two countries please expect delays and less tracking updates. 
NZ orders are currently being held at the airport waiting for an available route to NZ, more updates to come shortly. Please email us at support@customcuff.co if you have questions regarding the delays.

CA & US UPDATE: 

Canada & US orders; Expect longer delivery times. Since the borders are still closed between Europe and the US/Canada, planes that take post to North America, are not bringing along as many parcels as they normally do.
The shipping company work on a priority basis, this means that life-essential cargo will be prioritised on the planes.
So..
If you ordered from those two countries please expect delays and less tracking updates.

Our logistics team are working closely with all our shipping partners, ensuring us that we're well informed in case of delays. Our partners are constantly monitoring the situation closely, and will continue to do so. This page will be updated with the most recent info accordingly. USPS, UPS and Correos Spain are subject to extra delays at the moment which means if your ordered from the US or Spain you should expect delays.
